These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of themes sold by Atlas Themes, operated by Courtney McCarthy, Melbourne, Australia ("Atlas Themes", "we", "us"). By purchasing a theme you agree to these terms.

What you receive

When you purchase an Atlas Themes product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the theme on a single Ghost CMS website. Your purchase includes the theme zip file and any updates released during the support period.

What you may do

You may install the theme on one website that you own or operate. You may customise the theme for your own use. You may use the theme for personal or commercial websites.

What you may not do

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the theme with any third party. You may not use the theme on more than one website without purchasing an additional licence. You may not claim the theme as your own work or remove existing copyright notices from the code.

Multiple site licences

If you need to use the theme on more than one website, contact us at [email protected] to arrange additional licences.

Support

Each purchase includes email support for theme installation issues and verified bugs for a period of six months from the date of purchase. Support is provided on a reasonable efforts basis by a solo developer and response times may vary.

Support does not cover Ghost CMS installation or configuration, custom modifications or new feature development, issues caused by third-party plugins or conflicting code, or hosting-related issues.

Updates

We will release updates to fix bugs and maintain Ghost CMS compatibility. Updates are available to download from your Lemon Squeezy order for the lifetime of the product. We do not guarantee updates beyond Ghost CMS compatibility fixes.

Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the theme has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe, we will consider a refund at our discretion. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.

Intellectual property

All Atlas Themes products are protected by copyright. The theme code, design, and assets remain the intellectual property of Atlas Themes. Your licence grants you the right to use the theme but does not transfer ownership.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our themes are provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the theme will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the theme.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Themes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
